As an experienced senior business leader and human resources executive, Claudia has led the people function for multi-billion dollar business units. She has partnered with C-suite leaders to develop and implement talent strategies to drive large-scale business growth globally and across industries.

Claudia worked at Accenture for nearly 30 years, first as a consultant and then leading human resources functions for large business units, and most recently was CEO of Polaris Executive Talent Advisors. Throughout her career, Claudia has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering inclusive and thriving workplace cultures. She coaches and develops high performing teams and individuals, helping them achieve their personal and professional aspirations.

Claudia has a BA and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is an active volunteer in her local community. She serves on the board of Impact Austin, a women’s collective giving organization; and volunteers with organizations like Girls Empowerment Network, which teaches girls skills to thrive and believe in themselves.
